    Great location, pleasant staff, I use it regularly. It is marred only by CBA's persistent funding of fossil fuel projects. This is unacceptable in 2017 WHEN WE KNOW BETTER. Please change your policy in this respect CBA.

    Always a long queue to discuss with someone. They NEVER answer the phone, so I always need to go there and waste at least 45 minutes to talk to someone, even for minor queries.

    Commbank's support of fossil fuel industry and in particular the mining industry is disgusting and needs to stop. Providing funding for industries that are contributing to the destruction of our environment and the safety of the planet in the name of profit is short sighted and insulting to your bank's members, of which I am one. Stop funding these industries!!!

    never answers phone ! have been waiting almost 6 months for my two cards and have asked for them more them twice . very unhappy
