  I've been going to this seriously fantastic bike shop for over 2 years. They've created a welcoming environment that caters to all levels and all types. Customer service has been perfect - I don't think I'll shop online again.

  Useless is too good a word for the staff we dealt with, first sold me the wrong pegs for my nieces' bike after telling me they're mostly universal sizes, my brother tried to return them but they wouldn't take them back because bag was opened. I just called and asked clearly "Did they sell variant sizes of the pegs?" Got into a round about conversation with the guy asking 20 questions about bike and axel size, when I finally just asked him how many sizes did he sell? reply... One. A simple answer no to my first question would have solved it. 5 minutes of my life I will never get back. Hipster cyclists with the IQ of a lamp don't impress.Suggestion to owner train your staff better, they should be there to help everyone not just the elite.

  Took my bike there for a major service in which they replaced the chain, gears and did a fork service. Forks were leaking oil straight away - took them 4 visits and more $$$ to fix. Multiple problems with the gears which have still not been resolved. They took out a tube protector from my tyres without telling me, causing me to get a puncture and refused to replace the tube and/or protector. All they do is deny any responsibility and treat me like an idiot.
