    Honestly I dont get the negative rating. Yes the phone support is a bit unreliable, but email worked fine. The staff at the consulate was super friendly and helpful.

    They will never pick up your phone, they shouldn't even have their phones.

    I was totally impressed with how efficient the current Passport processing is. They still asked all required documents (I made 2 trips) but was pleasantly surprised when my new Passport arrived 2 days after my visit. Fast, efficient processing. Combined with professional, knowledgeable and friendly front desk team, it was a nice experience.

    Staff are rude and racist.

    Security so rude. They dont even open the door for you to wait inside the hall when you arrive earlier before lunch time finish. Restroom so disgusting as well, no water no toilet paper and so stinky. Please to Presiden Jokowi, fix this problem please. Some are rude and grumpy

    The only thing they respond is your email but that is after 2 days. Some of the staff is very nice but some others are pain in the knee to deal with.
