What a disgrace for a government department. You are met at the door by a sour faced guy who has just had a cigarette as he stank. He was rude and brushed you off as quick as he could. Then you sit and wait and wait and wait and wait to be finally served by another rude staff member! How about training your staff with manners! Eastgardens Medicare was so much better before being closed down.

really bad service, rude and disrespectful. when i arrived at 4pm i was refused to be served even though this place should be open till 4:30. I had to go back next day and experienced worst customer service yet. was asked to come back again which I did and was almost sent back home but lady called 'headoffice' and they asked her to just get on with my request. his place should be shut down for a month, all staff retrained and explained how common sense works... it wouldnt hurt to scrub dirty interior clean as well...
